I wonder if he makes thunder with his Thunderbolt attacks (no offense)...
Quick question: I know you use MS Paint for these drawings, but do you use a mouse or tablet? (If you say mouse you are the most talented person I know...even better that people who draw with pen only...)
Yeah, Pikachu used to be a lot fatter in the beginning, and then they thinned him out, so I guess Raichu was where all the extra fat went to.
well, thunder is when the lightning causes a sonic boom when it hits, since it's so hot.
But if you've seen smaller shocks, like with science experiments, it just makes a crackling sound. so no, I don't think he'd be able to make actual full-blown thunder ^_^
I completely made that up on the spot...
