This is my entry for
 's contest.This picture is of the first time a videogame ever had a strong impact on me. This image I've drawn is the very end of the sub-game "Revenge of Meta-Knight" from the Game Kirby Super Star(SNES). The Halberd is the name of Meta-Knight's airship in which he intended to take over the planet Popstar. As you progress through the game, you get deeper and deeper into the industrial-esqe insides of the ship, destroying it peice by peice. As the ship loses all its power and begins to descend from the sky, You have to face Meta-Knight in the final showdown, then after defeating him, you have to race to get off the sinking ship before time runs out, all while defending yourself from the tenacious (and now winged) Meta-Knight in his last ditch effort to kill Kirby. The final scene shows Kirby landing on the edge of a cliff and watching as the tattered remains of the Halberd Sink into the Sea. No reference used, since I know this scene THAT well. This may very well be the biggest picture (excluding pictures made up of more than one drawing copied and pasted into one picture) I have submitted to date. Beware when full-viewing (1000x850 pixels!!) All Kirby, Meta-Knight, Halberd, and other related characters are property of Nintendo and Halken/Hal Comments I remember playing it as a kid and niticing that tiny speck flyinh away :B
But yeah, this is epic right here. I wonder if I should get the DS remake that's in development right now? :c  woot^^ its really good...i hope you win big brother XD

-- Its pronounced I see I am Odd.  Oy, I remember renting this game and liking it a lot. But then they stopped carrying SNES games at rental places, and my SNES is broken now anyway. u__u Maybe it'll come out on virtual console for Wii and I can get it someday that way. This picture makes me want to play it pretty badly.

WH-WHAT!?? DS REMAKE!? actually... Hal hasnt been very good at remaking its old games for handhelds... Kirby: Nightmare in dreamland was a huge dissapointment for me. same with the other ds one with the mice as the bad guys. Hah. thanks ^__^
I gave my copy to a friend that still owns an SNES. But, I dont think theyll put in on the VC.
